Terms of Service

Adding items to your cart and submitting checkout is a request to buy, not a guaranteed sale. We confirm orders by phone or SMS before dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — before or after confirmation — if an item turns out to be out of stock, if we spot a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud or abuse (for example, a pattern of refused Cash on Delivery deliveries). If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund it.

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, promotions, and flash sales can change without notice and don't apply retroactively to orders already placed.

Cash on Delivery is available on every order today. For orders above ৳1,000, we may ask for a small advance payment (currently ৳100) to confirm the order before dispatch. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and card payments are shown in checkout as coming soon and aren't live yet.

We try to keep photos, descriptions, and stock levels accurate, but small differences (color rendering on your screen, minor fabric/print variation between batches) can happen and aren't grounds for a defect claim on their own.

The VBlackShop name, logo, and site content are ours (or used with permission) and may not be reused without our consent.

We're liable for the value of your order, not for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits any right you have under Bangladeshi consumer protection law that can't be excluded by agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Bangladesh.

We may update these terms as the business grows. Continuing to order from us after a change means you accept the updated terms.
