We deliver anywhere in Bangladesh, across all 64 districts.
Delivery charges
- Inside Dhaka: ৳70
- Outside Dhaka: ৳130
- Free delivery on orders over ৳2,000
Cash on Delivery advance
For Cash on Delivery orders over ৳1,000, we ask for a ৳100 advance payment to confirm the order before it ships. This amount is deducted from what you pay on delivery.
Delivery time
- Inside Dhaka: typically 1–3 business days
- Outside Dhaka: typically 3–7 business days
These are estimates from our courier partner, not guarantees — weather, regional holidays, and address accuracy can affect delivery time.
Order confirmation
We call or message you to confirm every order before it's handed to our courier. Please keep your phone reachable after checkout — orders we can't confirm may be delayed or cancelled.
Courier partner
Orders currently ship via Pathao. We may use a different courier depending on your area or delivery speed.
Tracking your order
Track any order at any time on our order tracking page using your order ID and phone number.
If delivery fails
If you're unreachable or unavailable at the address given, our courier will attempt redelivery, then return the parcel to us if it still can't be delivered. Repeated failed Cash on Delivery deliveries may mean we ask for advance payment on your next order — see our Refund & Exchange Policy.
